When Will I Receive my Order?
It Typically takes 1 - 3 business days for orders to get to our domestic customers if products are readily available. Otherwise, it might take 14-24 business days to get to us if products are not readily available, then 3-5 business days to get to our domestic customers.
Orders entitled for Next Day Delivery are orders placed before 9 AM from Saturday till Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered within 2 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping is FREE in ALL Main Cities in UAE for orders above AED 200 and at a cost of AED 20 for orders below AED 200 . For remote areas, shipping cost is charged at AED 45 per Order.
Do you offer International shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this stage, however our International Shipping Charges are estimated below:
